About Us
The world famous Pleasure Beach Arena is the oldest purpose-built ice theatre in the world and home of the Hot Ice Show.
The Arena has helped developed the talents of many British, European and world champions.
Stars who have skated their way to stardom include Robin Cousins, who performed at the gala at the Arena in 1980, the same year he won Olympic Gold. Also former Hot Ice Show star Daniel Whiston and Katie Stainsby nurtured their skating skills here before going on to perfrom on Dancing On Ice and many famous celebrities have skated on the ice too.
Every year the Arena hosts an Ice Skating Festival where children from around the country meet to enjoy the spirit of competition.
