General Foyer – Covid-19 Policies

On arrival, you will be required to provide contact details and answer triage questions.
Face coverings to be worn in all public areas.
If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 you will not be allowed to train
Temperature checks will be taken.
Track and trace will be in operation, you must provide your details for this.
All guests entering the arena must be at least 1 metre apart.
Please adhere to the clearly marked separated entrance and exit routes set out by the Arena.
Hand sanitiser is available around the Arena. Please use these regularly and wash your hands regularly.
No outside food or drink permitted inside the Arena. The cafe will be open to the Arena customers only.
All skaters need to book in advance via the NEW online booking system.
No cash payments will be accepted – card payments only.
Access to the ice rink is for coaches and skaters only.
It is your personal responsibility to respect social distancing if you do not comply you may be asked to leave.

We advise all students to come dressed ready to skate. Skates may be put on in the designated area, which is the Skaters bar.
Parents and guardians must stay in the foyer.
Please note the Arena is cashless, only card payments will be taken.
Skaters must arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before there allocated online session time. Once the designated session time has ended, please leave the Arena immediately.
Personal items should be reduced to a minimum and remain in the bar area.
Personal rubbish is to be taken with you when you leave the Arena. Toilets for skaters only.
The Arena car park will be available from 9 am and must be paid by card.
Access to Pleasure Beach Park is not permitted from the Arena.
Entry for skaters is through the box office turnstiles, use the downstage right entrance to the ice.
Exit the ice downstage left, and use the exit closest to the Arena shop.
Coaches must coach from the barriers, no more than 4 on the ice, must be on the quarter.
Music system to be operated by coaches only.
Skate guards must be worn as soon as you step off the ice.

All skaters must pre-book in advance online.
Skaters must bring their own skates.

Public Skate sessions can only be pre-book in advance online.
Before and after each session, use hand sanitiser.
No spectators, parents or guardians are allowed in the Arena.
You must be aged 10 or over to skate unless you are skating with an adult.
Keep a 1.5-metre distance between each other.
Entry and exit must be one at a time.

We operate a Test & Trace policy meaning you must provide your details for this.
We ask that if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 you do not visit us.
You must be aged 10 or over to skate unless you are skating with an adult.
Skate guards must be worn as soon as you step off the ice.
Only a maximum of 20 people is allowed on the ice at a time.

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your lesson, and leave straight after the lesson.
Use only personal equipment.
Before and after each session, use hand sanitiser.
No spectators, parents/guardians are allowed in the Dance Studio.
Keep a 1.5-metre distance between each other.
Entry and exit must be one at a time.
Dance Studio will have enhanced cleaning.
Each coach should comply with the health and safety of their students.
